Budding writers, artists and videographers ages 18 to 30 from the global south can apply for a three-month, remote fellowship.
Frida – the Young Feminist Fund, in partnership with the Women’s Media Center’s FBomb, has launched the Young Feminist Media Fellowship.
Two fellows will be selected to learn about young feminist issues, journalism, writing and publishing, and produce stories under the guidance of experienced feminist journalists. Fellows will work part time and receive US$500.
Candidates must be proficient in English and have a proven interest or activism in gender issues in local, national or international contexts.
Marginalized identities, intersex individuals, gender non-conforming, young people of color and people with disabilities are particularly encouraged to apply.
