Journalists and photographers can apply for a fellowship to attend a conference in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The TED Fellows program is designed to bring together young trailblazers from a variety of fields who have shown unusual accomplishment and courage.
The program targets candidates ages 21-40 from the Asia/Pacific region, Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America and the Middle East, but anyone over 18 is eligible. Applicants must be proficient in English.
Twenty fellows will be selected to attend the TEDGlobal conference to be held June 25-29, 2012. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend pre-conference programs with training by speakers.
