The third magistrate in Damascus approved Sunday afternoon 18/12/2011 Syrian blogger Razan Ghazzawi’s release on bail of 15000 Syrian Liras (300$). Ghazzawi’s lawyers said that she’ll stand in court later, unspecified date.
Ghazzawi was released at 10:30 PM from Adra prison, women’s section.
The Syrian Center for Media and Freedom of Expression welcomes Ghazzawi’s release and calls to drop all charges filed against her and cancel her trial. The Center also calls for the release of all detainees and prisoners detained in the recent peaceful demonstrations in Syria.
