The Syrian Center for Media and Freedom of Expression publishes an updated version of its study: (Mapping the Syrian Media), which was launched on May 5 2020.
Based on communications with several media institutions, two amendments to the first version were added. One Syrian media outlet was added after the study had inadvertently forgotten about it, as a result of surveying a large number of the Syrian media. The other added media had its activities starting after the monitoring and surveying for the report ended.
The Syrian Center for Media and Freedom of Expression offers its thanks to all colleagues in the media institutions who interacted with the study and its results and sent comments useful for its development. The Center also thanks its researchers who prepared the study for following up on the comments that media colleagues modified.
