  • The ability to appropriately communicate with the program’s beneficiaries according to their capacities, needs and specific situations.
  • Following up and dealing with cases in coordination with other program departments.
  • Documenting and archiving information, documents and data according to the specific needs of the program and the digital and institutional security policies in the organization.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment by following the SCM’s regulations and procedures
  •  Maintaining  and protecting the confidentiality and privacy of the information and the people who are being dealt with in any case.
  • attending online regular meetings with the administration.
  • Traveling among Turkish provinces when needed.

Roles and responsibilities


  • Speaking Syrian Arabic fluently
  • The ability to withstand the pressure of the work in accordance with  work items, considering mental and psychological health as this job requires to cope with too impressive hard materials and information.
  • Creativity and innovation in proposing solutions, and to follow-up and manage their implementation.
  • General knowledge of the conditions of human rights in Syrian context.


  • One of the main requirements  is to possess a computer and to able to deal with the basic office programs (especially EXCEL) and the internet that work needs.

It is a priority but not a must for applicants to:

  • Be holders of a university degree or students in the fields of human rights and / or psychology.
  • Have work experience in documenting human rights violations.
  • Be able to move and travel amongst Turkish provinces.
  • Be able to utilize English well.
