The Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA), based in Dubai, will be presenting this year’s entries in the following categories: Time Axis, Image File (Story Troy), Black & White General Axis and Time Labs.

Applicants must be over 18 years of age. The images should not contain a signature or any symbol or indication and should not have frames, edges, borders of the image or anything else added by the contestant to the image.

 The top five contestants will be honored in all categories to receive prizes ranging from US $ 6,000 to US $ 25,000. Three winners will receive special prizes and a grand prize of US $ 120,000. The combined prize value is US $ 423,000.
