Duration of the contract: 30 Thirty Months
including a trial period of 3 three months

Work Station: Erbil
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the logistical and financial needs required to finalize the tasks assigned to the Erbil office.
- Coordination with Other Teams: the coordination with the program and finance teams to implement the task efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports on the Office Work.
- Support the media and freedoms team to implement the project activities
- Confidentiality Commitment: “They must strictly adhere to the confidentiality of all information and data handled during their duties. Sharing or disclosing any information, whether personal or work-related, with any unauthorized party is strictly prohibited. Any breach of confidentiality policies will be grounds for disciplinary actions, which may include termination of employment or legal action by applicable laws and organizational policies
Requirement, Skills, and Experience:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Commerce and Economics / Accounting and Business Administration, or any related field
- At least two years of experience in financial and logistics management of projects.
- Good knowledge of the laws and procedures in force in Erbil.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office programs (such as Excel and Access).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
