During the month of 2020, a total number of 4825 deaths were documented across different Syrian governorates, among them, 4335 were documented by full name and 490 were registered as unknown.

The largest number of documented deaths took place in Idlib with 1766 deaths, while the total number of adult female deaths is 201, The total for child battle-related deaths is 350, in whole Syria.
