3. Administering pre-employment tests

4.Assisting with completing background investigations

5.Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations

HR Development

1.Conducting training sessions

2.Administering on-the-job training programs 3.Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs

4.Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs

Employee and Labor Relations

1. Assisting with processing employee grievances

2.Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work

Required skills and qualifications: at least 2 years’ experience at HR
