Aspiring journalists can compete for an all-expenses-paid spot in a summer course in London.

The Thomson Foundation seeks applicants for its the new Journalism Now Scholar competition.

Contestants must complete five Journalism Now online courses successfully. For its list of free and paid-for courses, click here. The best student will be chosen as the winner.

The winner will participate in Thomson Foundation’s digital and multimedia course Aug. 6 to Sept. 7 in London, with a week’s work experience in a media organization.

The deadline is June 1.
