Al Bawaba, a news website, is seeking a full-time bilingual editor to join its English team.

Responsibilities include discovering popular or unique stories in the Arabic press, Arabic blogs or in Arabic-language social media and adapt these stories for an English language audience.

Candidates must have at least three years of experience and bachelor’s degree in English, journalism or related field.

The successful candidate will be offered a one-year contract, with three months’ probation.
