Print, broadcast and online journalists can apply for a travel grant.

The Nature Travel Grant Scheme, funded by the Nature Publishing Group (NPG), is selecting journalists to attend the EuroScience Open Forum (ESOF). The conference will take place July 9 to 14 in Toulouse, France.

Journalists will participate in ESOF meetings where scientists, researchers, business people, entrepreneurs and innovators, policy makers, science and technology communicators from all over the world discuss new discoveries and debate the direction that research is taking in the sciences, humanities and social sciences.

The grant provides free registration, EUR400 for journalists based in Europe and EUR750 for those outside Europe to help cover the costs of travel.

The deadline is April 29.
