| Skills and Experience المؤهلات – Good knowledge of international laws, human rights laws, refugee conventions, international protection and terminology related to the Syrian context, allowing the volunteer to perform the required tasks in the best way. – The ability to monitor and follow up violations by searching open sources (social media) and other available sources of information. – A wide network of human rights researchers, media professionals and organizations working in the same field. – Good level of English – Organizing skills and the ability to organize and archive data – Accuracy and able to deliver tasks on time – An eye for details – Good communication skills. – Commitment of 10 hours/week. | – معرفة بدرجة جيدة بالقوانين الدولية وقوانين حقوق الإنسان والاتفاقيات الخاصة باللاجئين والحماية الدولية والمصطلحات الخاصة بالسياق السوري ما يتيح للمتطوع القيام بالمهام المطلوبة على أفضل وجه. القدرة على رصد ومتابعة الانتهاكات من خلال البحث عن بعد (أونلاين) في المصادر المفتوحة (وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي) ومصادر المعلومات الأخرى المتاحة. -توفر شبكة علاقات واسعة من باحثين حقوقيين وإعلاميين ومنظمات تعمل في نفس المجال -مستوى جيد في اللغة الانجليزية والتعامل مع الملفات والبريد الإلكتروني والقدرة على ترتيب وأرشفة البيانات بطريقة منظمة. -الدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل وإنجاز العمل ضمن الوقت المحدد -التفرغ للعمل 10 ساعة أسبوعياً ` |
