Partnerships Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Vacancy details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job title:<\/strong> Grants &amp; Partnerships Officer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program\/ Project\/ Department:<\/strong> Victim Groups Support (VGS) Project<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Positions available:<\/strong> 1 vacancies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration of the contract:<\/strong> 11 months with a 3-month trial period&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;possibility of extension&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application deadline:<\/strong> 18 July 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Station:<\/strong> Paris or Online<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grant Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise the entire lifecycle of grant, from proposal\/modification development to reporting, ensuring alignment with EU requirements and SCM standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of EU guidelines, policies, and compliance regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with program \/ project managers and other departments to gather necessary information for grant applications and reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update grants management tools and information including but not limited to donor reporting tracker, and Grant tracker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparing, facilitating and following up on grant meetings for SCM and Partners (kick-off meetings, review meetings, project closure meetings).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage reporting workflows and processes between program teams, senior leadership, and Partners to ensure high-quality and timely development and review of reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare necessary tools for report development with detailed requests for data provision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and prepare high-quality, timely reports for the EU, ensuring all EU reporting requirements are met and positioned to demonstrate SCMs leadership in programming.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Project \/ Program manager in providing timely, thorough responses to information requests from internal and external sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposal Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Project \/ Program manager in overseeing partners and SCM proposals\/modifications, including draft, review, update and producing high quality proposals or modification requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect contributions and compile inputs from programme staff, technical advisors, and partners (if relevant) in line with the proposal development plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Monitoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with program M&amp;E staff to ensure credible, best-practice monitoring and reporting of program activities in accordance with SCM and donor requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;Other tasks as assigned by the Project \/ Program manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirement, Skills, and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 2 years of professional experience with an international \/ national development organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with&nbsp; EU donors with special attention to reporting requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to represent SCM to international donors, government officials, local groups and community members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven analytical and writing skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven communication, interpersonal, representation, negotiation, promotion and diplomacy skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships in a multi-ethnic, multicultural and multi-disciplinary environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible, enthusiastic and willingness to learn from others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong initiative and self-motivated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and fluent oral English and Arabic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in French is an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grants management, donors&#8217;
