class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with the team and management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage SCM website and social media outlets, ensuring maximum visibility of the organization\u2019s activities and achievements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor SCM\u2019s presence in the Media coverage and assess appropriate actions according to the communications strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document website and SM outlets\u2019 traffic and performance, in close coordination with the MEAL team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain SCM contact database and updating when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage several general inquiry email inboxes, ensuring all inquiries are answered or forwarded to the relevant department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disseminate content on SCM website and social media outlets in addition to mailing lists when requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce visual content in accordance with SCM\u2019s visual standards and identity in cooperation with SCM\u2019s designer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all SCM content aligns with the organization\u2019s message and mission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and develop publication campaigns for SCM studies\/ reports with the relevant departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corroborate with policies, advocacy and communication department\u2019s volunteers and interns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold the policies, advocacy and communication department\u2019s trackers and internal documents and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in communications-related bid analysis and rebranding process, providing technical expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect the confidentiality and privacy of beneficiaries in all cases and whatever the documents and data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other task assigned by the line manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirement, Skills, and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree or higher in a relevant field (Journalism, Communication or Political and Social Studies).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to 3 years of experience in a similar position, NGO-context preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in the main relevant technical areas: context-oriented interpersonal communication, informative and forward communication, integrated marketing communication (IMC), audiovisuals (photography, videography, sound, etc.), social media environments and developments, and creative and critical thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven previous experience in managing professional and organizational social media pages\/ accounts AND utilizing common posting\/ scheduling tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven knowledge of using relevant softwares\/ programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven previous experience in email marketing and communication and website management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong skills in written and spoken English and Arabic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
