This grants us access to UN bodies such as the Human Rights Council and the Special Procedures, and enables us to facilitate access to other Syrian civil society organisations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">In 2017, we are facilitating Syrian civil society advocacy efforts through the UN human rights system, and to Syrian and international political actors with a concentration on the Human Rights Council and other Geneva-based bodies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">We also provide technical support to Syrian civil society organisations on the workings of the UN human rights system.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Victims\u2019 Groups Support Project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/scm.bz\/en\/category\/scm-programs\/newsletter\/\">Newsletter<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/scm.bz\/en\/category\/scm-programs\/mediadigest\/\">Media Digest<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We believe that the active participation of Syrian civil society in the peace process is paramount for building sustainable peace in Syria.
